First off, the ladies in the office, Marlena and Amber are amazing. Very polite, very helpful. They answer any questions you may have and just all around friendly. When the guys came out to fix our slab leak, both of them were super nice very professional yet they made you feel like you are friends. And they did a fantastic job. Service: Plumbing pipe repair

I called to get a price quote and possibly use their service. The lady on the phone answered is very rude and nasty!! I was telling her my problem and she asked, " when did this start happening. The truth?" What would be the point of me lying about when the issue started. Why would that be a question to ask a potential customer. O was offended and disgusted with the lack of customer service. I will never use this company!

DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They charged our company credit card $6,000 without our approval. We simply gave them our credit card # to have on file. We gave them 2 work orders for a Belk store and they never gave us an invoice or any details of the work performed. They were approved to spend $1,400 and charged us almost $6k.
