I have been using Elite AC services for 5 years now. I use them for regular maintenance 2x a year on my rental property and my home. When it came to replacing 17 year old AC unit at our home they've done exceptional job. The call center ladies are easy to schedule with and the technicians (Meljune and Victor are my favorite) always call me when they are on their way. Very easy and reliable company to work with !!! Great guys! The service was great, and they answered all of our questions! I was surprised by the price they gave us for the entire system too! Whe my AC went out I called Elite AC and they sent Marshall within an hour. He needed to order a new motor for the fan , but it wouldn’t be here for 4 days. The next morning he installed a rescue motor so I could have AC til the new motor arrived. When the motor arrived, he was there first thing in the morning. I was very happy with the great and prompt service.
