I requested a copy of all paperwork that was submitted to my insurance company and recieved nothing. I requested written information as to whom our warranty is covered by, and was told that a packet was being put together and will be sent out once the remainder of the balance was paid. Paid it and still nothing. I called and no return call. Thanks and I wish I could give your roof back and hire someone else. Service: Roof installation

Went with this company because they were willing to work with the insurance company. The install took place in the time frame they said it would. The actual work was done in almost entirely 1 day. Inspections passed and closed within 48 hours of work being started. They received the payment from the insurance company prior to starting work. Once payment was received the ordering, shipping, and install took about 10 business days. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
