After 40 years I finally found 5 star and Brandon! This man knows AC units like the back of his hand. He was meticulous and found problems left by previous company. He explained each step and wanted me to see everything he was doing. He fixed my issue and did badly needed maintenance. He did not ignore other unrelated problems. My husband and I recently called Five Star. They were able to make it out the same day as the call. Brandon and his dad are very thorough. Honest. Dependable. They will not try to steer you wrong. The community where we live at also trusts in them and uses them for heating and air needs. We had a issue with our a/c duct runs and return. They talked to us in detail and gave us pricing and we let them do the work. Very reliable.

I highly recommend this company. I was weary of hiring a big name company since being burned in the past, so I’m glad I did my research and found Brandon. He was punctual and thorough. Everything was explained to me very well. I feel like I got excellent service and will use them again in the future. Edit: Brandon came by today to perform an annual maintenance.
