My wife, Kaila asked that I write a review for her about Donald, the Project Manager for a house that her buyers were purchasing. She wanted me to express how much she appreciates the fine work that he did. There was a huge miscommunication between the seller and buyer and well, things got a little blurred. Donald made it right. He stuck to his word and made sure he delivered on what he promised and backed his product 100%. He was very professional and courteous and went above and beyond. Quality craftsmanship and got the job done within the timeline needed before closing. If you are in need of a new roof, please do not look any further than this Allegiance Roof Systems, LLC. Why I chose Allegiance for my home Reroof: 1) Tyler was easy to talk to, straightforward and accommodating, helpful and not pushy. 2) The proposal was very competitive. 3) Has great reviews, 5/5 with both Angi and Homeadvisor. A+ Rating with Better Business Bureau and no complaints. 4) Quality products with manufacturer's warranty and 10 year workmanship warranty, double what some other roofers offer. 5) Up to 5 pieces of plywood included, not 2 or 3 as other roofers. 6) They allowed me to pay with a credit card at no extra charge. 7) No real lead time. Within 1 week of accepting the proposal the permits had been pulled and materials delivered. The job was completed in 1 day. 8) The company crew (not subs) was efficient, polite and tidy. I watched most of their work and was very impressed. The roof is beautiful. 9) Customer service from Thomas Robertson, the owner was impeccable. From the start Tyler was amazing with sales. He knew we were shopping around and getting several estimates. He was never pushy, understood why we would get several quotes on such a big job and was happy to wait on our call back! Other companies were beyond pushy and even downright rude during the quote process. Not Tyler! We were happy to have him come back out. Price and customer service won us over. The roofing process was a breeze. The crew showed up on time, knocked out the roof in what I thought was record time. The entire crew were amazing to be around in the few interactions we had. Tyler checked on us throughout the entire process. Addressed any concerns we had. I can say, undertaking a new roof as a homeowner is a stressful situation, especially during hurricane season in Florida but Tyler and the entire team made it so easy and stress free.
