Avalon Heating and Air

I used this company a couple of years ago. Before they came out, they had me try a series of things with my unit to see if I could resolve it. I couldn't. They came right out and were reasonable. Something about the troubleshooting really resonated with me. I knew I was dealing with an honest company. Fast forward to this week. A.C. goes out, I make an appointment.There was no question who I was going to call. My appointment was a couple of days away so I called them to describe what my unit was doing. The gentleman gave me a tip to try. It worked. My A.C. is working! I'm still having them come out and check my unit. They could've come out and charged me anything. They didn't. This is my company if I ever have ANY heating and air troubles. And if anyone ever ask me if I know of a good company, there's no question who I'm referring them to. I had duct work done a year ago that was a total mess up. Well Avalon came in on time and swiftly got the job done. So after 2 years of no heat or AC flow in my master bedroom I can now sleep comfortably thanks to Avalon. They even put in a vent in my laundry room that was never there. Awesome company. We were driving on the freeway in traffic (we were still going 75, there were just a lot of cars) and a van was tailgating us FEET from our bumper. When he finally went around it was an Avalon Heating & Air van, license plate PXLW11, and he was on his phone. I moved here from California and have never been tailgated this closely or complained about being tailgated until now. I wouldn't PARK as closely to someone as this guy was tailgating us. Absolutely unprofessional and unsafe.
