Such an amazing, family owned business. They are extremely caring, professional people that want nothing but the best for their customers. Kellie and Matt are great, easy to talk to and informative about roof repairs/replacements. You really couldn't go with a better professional, honest company. I highly recommend.

Kellie is amazing! This company replaced my roof back in October, and I can’t say how much I am in love with my roof. The clean up was a 10/10. They swept multiple times, and they did the job quick. Our $18k roof installed by Best Roof Jax was less than 4 years old when it started leaking near the chimney. We could not get them to come out and look at it. They did respond to one email and say they'd come out, but did not show up. Lowe's pitched at 50 year GAF warranty at the time of sale, so we contacted GAF directly. They sent their current GAF certified installers who told us this is due to workmanship, not materials. I would not recommend using Best Roof Jax, or Lowe's Home services. Lowe's is aware and put it back on Best Roof Jax. When I first called Best Roof Jax over 12 months ago the lady who answered the phone told me that they do not do warranty/repair calls and to try and go through Lowe's Home services. The bottom line is neither one of these companies has integrity, and neither one of them are going to correct their workmanship, or the damage it has caused. Service: Roof installation
