I cannot say enough great things about the owner of this company. I placed an emergency call on a Sunday, and within 5 minutes on the phone, he had diagnosed our problem and told us how to fix it. He was 100% accurate, and would not accept any payment, even though his knowledge was invaluable and saved us so much time and from the terrible heat. He even checked in on me a few hours later to make sure everything was up and running. Integrity and kindness go a long way and I would happily hire them in the future! Service: A/C system repair

We found all associates of the company very pleasant and bent on pleasing us, the customer. The salesman came with the installing crew to ensure the project was done as we requested. The owner of the company came to check the quality of the work, and to personally extend his devotion to servicing his customers. I have been so impressed with Cool R us! They have gone above and beyond! Our air conditioner died in the middle of the night. They could not get a new unit for me until the end of the week. The salesman Josh called the company owner as he left to see what they could do in the meantime. They sent two different technicians with spare and scrap parts to get my unit up and working until our new unit is delivered! Thank you for amazing customer service!
