If you are reading this review, then you are probably at the same place I was before contacting Cool R Us. My system quit working and I was at the crossroads of either calling someone to come take a look at it to diagnose it or just give it up as a total loss, as it was 15 years old. With my first phone call I knew I found the company to replace my system. I talked to only one person, so I always knew what was going on. Josh offered a next-day service of inspecting the work needed. After he finished his inspection, he walked me through all my options, with all their pros and cons, and the costs. The financing that they offer was a bonus! I was able to finance the cost at no interest for 18 months. A detailed print out of each system was provided, which made making a decision more informed. I finally decided on one, and they were able to get the installers come on a Saturday. The installers were super professional and efficient. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with the experience.

Great service, incredibly responsive. My air conditioner went kaput at 6:00 on Friday. At 7:00 Cool r Us was at my house inspecting the problem and at 7:30 the next morning, on Saturday, my completely new air conditioning and heating system was installed by noon.
