I recently hired Baldwin to replace my roof, and I must say that it was a great experience. From start to finish, the job went smooth. The president of the company(Chase) took care of us the whole time. He was up front with me and did not promise me anything that he could not deliver on. He worked with my insurance company in the approval process so I would not have to stress. He stayed in constant contact and always let us know what the next step was. I always say that communication is key. However, the professionalism did not stop there. Everyone apart of this organization were top of the line in their respective roles. The project manager planned everything to the T. The scheduling officer made sure that job stayed on task. Last but not least, the installers were just awesome. Baldwin most definitely made this process convenient, and low key. I have already passed out their business cards to my neighbors, and I 100% recommend them for your roofing needs. John was great to work with on our project. He was very thorough on explaining the damage we had from a recent windstorm in our area.
