Our technician, Wesley, was absolutely amazing, professional, and thorough in diagnosing our system maintenance requirements. He articulated very professionally for the proper maintenance of our system. Wesley was the first Technician to come out and tell us why we should be using bleach vs vinegar to clean the drip line. He was also the first Technician to hook up the vacuum to our drip line and show us all the buildup that we had in the drip line due to the use of vinegar and not bleach each month.

I have used McGowan’s Heating and Air for about 12 years, when I purchased my Carrier unit and air handler from them. I have never been disappointed and I have it serviced by them twice per year. The technicians are always on time, responsive and professional when on site. Today, I had Andres C. as my technician and he clearly explained everything as he was doing it, and afterwards he explained all of his findings. I recently reached out to your establishment to schedule an appointment and inquire about any current specials for service and cleaning. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn that despite having promotional offers, these were not mentioned during our conversation. Furthermore, I observed that the charges for the services provided were exorbitant, without any consideration for offering a discount. Despite specifically inquiring about available discounts, I was informed that they were indeed available, yet they were not honored in the final billing. Considering this experience, I feel compelled to rate my overall satisfaction with a three-star rating. It is regrettable that your company appears to take advantage of its customers by not being transparent about promotions and failing to honor promised discounts.
