McGowan's Heating & Air Conditioning

We were very pleased with the recent installation of our AC unit. Wesley who did the initial diagnosis and subsequent proposals was very professional and answered any questions we had. Our installers, David and Justice, did an outstanding job while working in very uncomfortable weather conditions. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up the area upon completion of the installation. We have used McGowans for service and maintenance for many years and will continue to do so in the future. Starting with Matt who gave us our quote, very knowledgeable, answered all questions and very professional. Installation crew was David and Joe, David was lead and extremely knowledgeable, professional and informative. He took his time and did the job right which is much appreciated and finally Kati who was the install coordinator, she provided me updates as well as paperwork I requested. I'm pleased with McGowan's Service and response to my call for my Air condition issue. The Technician Tony P. arrived at my resident and I explained the problem, and he immediately resolved the air condition problem and explained the issue. I'm also please with the calling service that I called late Sunday night and assured me that my Air condition issues would be given to the McGowan's office. The Office did call (Crystal ) me in the morning and stated that someone will be out to resolve the air condition problem and will call 30 min before arrival. What I like about the McGowan heating and Air Conditioning, is that I appreciate McGowan sending the same Technician who knows my Air conditioning system and continue to service and maintain the system.
