I needed a system replacement because of the units age and high energy bills. The sales tech performed an assessment and recommended a unit that will provide energy savings and better comfort. The installation crew was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This install looks so much better than what was there previously, I am amazed! I definitely recommend Waychoffs. My technician Nathan was very professional, polite/friendly, and extremely helpful! He took many pictures of all the different areas of my AC unit after all the work was done, which was really helpful since I couldn't go out to see it myself. He also seemed to really care about making sure that any questions I might have were answered. Good customer service isn't easy to find nowadays. First let me say the tech we had, Cornelius, was great and very professional. He was on time, cleaned up and knowledgeable. But the pricing from Waychoff’s (not techs fault) was outrageous. Our unit is under warranty and they were charging $980 for just labor to change out a blower motor (that we were told would take about 15-30 minutes to do). I ended up using another company and they charged us $450. Won’t be calling Waychoff’s again…rip off
