Tried to change color of part of roof, failed first dry in inspection, failed final inspection. They are placing lien but contract says when job complete. Not complete without passed final inspection from county. Left nails shingles and cigarette butter all over. Had to make them fix drip edge. Roof looks wavy. I was meeting with a few different companies, but what ultimately made me choose to work with them was their estimator, Dustin Hitt. He sold me on his company with his punctuality, professionalism, knowledge, and availability to guide me and educate me whenever I wasn’t sure about something. The work also speaks for it self, my house looks so much better and the job ended up being less than what I was quoted, which is always a plus. They do offer finance, which is an amazing offer for someone who had to replace an entire roof without much notice. I would definitely recommend working with Dustin and his company. Buyer beware of this company! First of all they have no one on the job that can speak English. Impossible to communicate with anyone on the job. Secondly while they were installing the roof they put two nail holes in my copper tubing which went to my A/C unit which caused all my Freon to be released and A/C would not work. There workers never told me they did this which since caused me to have to purchase a new A/C unit. Three separate A/C people told me they would have heard the noise when they hit the lines plus a plume of smoke would have been released. When I discussed this issue with them they took no responsibility for this. Instead of doing the right thing and take ownership they claimed their contract precludes them form any liability. Be VERY CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Make matters worse they keep trying to charge me twice for three pieces of plywood that was originally charged in the original contract.
