March 2021 we had a hail storm with golf ball sized hail. We checked our 17 year old roof from ground level and did not see any damage and decided there was no need to be concerned. A few days later Shane with Roofing XL knocked on our door and offered to climb up our roof saying it is hard to see hail damage unless you are on the roof. Needles to say he found a lot of damage on our roof as well as several neighbors roofs. He helped us with an insurance claim and met the adjusters when they came. We ended up with a beautiful new roof for the cost of our deductible. Shane, Chris and the office staff were all so nice through the entire process and treated us as though we were family.
