Tadlock Roofing

If you are looking for a company that will drag their feet when it comes to fixing mistakes that they made, look no further. Check out the shingle color they felt would be the closest match to our current shingles. We continue to be told our repair is a priority but unfortunately that has not been relayed in their actions. We have had an incredibly bad experience with Tadlock and would not recommend them. Service: Roof repair

My roof was repaired on 10/ 19/22 and on 11/10/22 my ceiling was leaking and shingles were coming off.I’ve been in my house for 7 years and I’ve never had and roof or leak issues.I reached out to them and no one called me back, until l reached out to the finance company and Better Business Bureau. They also damaged my siding but that still have not been addressed.(pictures shown) They sent someone out yesterday who was very clueless he did not know what he was doing. I had to go to work so l wasn’t home when he finished. This morning l looked at my house and he caulked my whole upstairs. The issue with the leak has not been fixed.l have pictures shown below. I called the project manager and he tells me they did me favor by caulking my house.I will be taking them to court for damages.

Had a great experience with the guys at Tadlock. My roof was 7 years old and needed a leak repaired. Dylan came out and had all the plastic roof vents changed to metal, fixing any chance of future leak issues. He then inspected the shingles and determined that they were not in specifications for a roof that was only 7 years old. He recommended we look into warranty claim through Owens Corning. I dealt with Jason at the Tallahassee office who completely worked my claim through Owens Corning. He made everything a breeze on my end. Then came the reroof day. I worked with Tim and Joe. They were extremely professional and responsive. They stayed in contact throughout the job and answered any questions or concerns I had as true professionals. The roof was done in a day and it looks great. Kudos to the 15 or so men I saw working in the heat of the summer to make it happen. The only reason it is 4 star versus 5, is due to a short lapse of communication with Tallahassee when working the claim.
