If you are looking for a company that will drag their feet when it comes to fixing mistakes that they made, look no further. Check out the shingle color they felt would be the closest match to our current shingles. We continue to be told our repair is a priority but unfortunately that has not been relayed in their actions. We have had an incredibly bad experience with Tadlock and would not recommend them. Service: Roof repair

Let me start with how easy Tadlock is. They came out with samples of shingles and all the information needed, our sales guy was Steve Presutti and he was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately when we made the choice a few weeks later to go with Tadlock he was no longer with the company. The person who took over was good and contacted my husband back quickly. We started the process of picking shingle colors and paperwork on March 1st. Delivery of supplies started on March 23rd and waiting on the shipment of shingles till March 28th. The shingles came in early so they were delivered on the 25th which was super exciting! We had alot of rain 2 days in a row and unfortunately that made or road soupy. Our delivery guy was AMAZING and made sure to not damage our property our the neighbors! I didn't catch his name or the company but Tadlock if you know please give him a huge shout out, he deserves that and more.
