This is the roofing company the insurance assigned for our claim and they were incapable of handling the claim appropriately. They seem to be more interested in helping the insurance company then the clients they are suppose to serve. They were suppose to follow up with me and I never heard back, definitely better off looking elsewhere. Even the insurance company said we were probably better off getting our own roofing company and filing the claim separately. Our claim was for something very simply and minor because our roof is fairly new, this could have been addressed the same day they came to do the inspection, but it cost the insurance company more to place an entire tarp ($1200) for a quarter size hole! This is why our insurance rates keep going up and up in the state of Florida ????????♀️ Look elsewhere! Service: Roof inspection
This is an update on 9/26/22. I've tried to get these people to contact me about the gutter guards they installed upside down! The gutter guards have collected twigs, leaves and other stuff since they are installed incorrectly, the leaves are trapped in the tray and I have to climb a ladder to clear them out I have contacted the corp HQ who says the Jacksonville office will call me back. No call back yet, changing from 4 stars to one star.......old review: Tadlock Roofing removed the old roof and gutters and replaced them with the agreed upon products The quality of the work was good and done within a reasonable timeframe. The only negative was that the roofing crew that was onsite did not have any English speaking employees. With better communications, I would have rated 5 stars. By the way, the gutter installer was separate from the roofing crew and he did an excellent job. The completed work on the project is beautiful! Services: Roof installation, Gutter installation
