First Air AC

Posting this for my Aunt. She had a great experience getting a new HVAC unit. She had been dreading it for years (knew one day soon it would stop working) and a single call to First Air made her feel at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and had a new unit installed the following day. Office was great to work with too! We would highly recommend! With First Air, we feel like we have found a company that is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with some other companies we have not had this type of experience. Our technician Emis was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing during and after the repair process in great detail. He showed us the damaged items and before and after photos. You do not feel like he is doing and charging you for work that does not truly need to be done.
