Emis continues to be an outstanding representative of the company. He arrived on time, explained every step of the process and left me working with a well running A/C unit. Always willing to answer questions and give directions on how to maintain the unit. Even after climbing up into a hot attic, he still acted very professional and personable. With First Air, we feel like we have found a company that is reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, with some other companies we have not had this type of experience. Our technician Emis was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything that he was doing during and after the repair process in great detail. He showed us the damaged items and before and after photos. You do not feel like he is doing and charging you for work that does not truly need to be done.
