I'm a professional contractor and I don't normally write reviews, but I will make an exception for jo wars roofing! They outsource all there work to random guys who do " at least in my case" really crazy work. So bad I can't beleave it passed inspection. Any exterior trim work you may ask them to do, during your first walk through, bad news. They replaced half the stuff, did a super poor job, and showed we a huge bill full crazy charges. They said none of that was included in our quote. Even though I asked for it from the start. Bottom line: crap work, hidden charges, no management, no communication. By far the worst experience I've ever had with a contracting professional! And I've been doing this 15 years.

We had a new roof installed and solar fans. I couldn't be more happy. They helped me maneuver through HOA permits and inssurance requirements. They installed new gutters at a fraction of what I was quoted by an independent supplier. Crew was diligent and respectful. All debris were picked up and site was cleaned. They even came a few months later when I noticed a screen of soffit had came loose. Above and beyond. Services: Gutter repairs, Attic venting, Roof repair
