They dont return my phone calls

My husband and I signed a contract with this company for them to change the roof of our house in St Augustine, Florida, on April 25, 2018 and as of today, October 3, 2018, they have not complied with the provisions of the contract. We have called a thousand times, sent text messages and unfortunately they do not always answer, on different occasions they have promised us that they will come and they never arrive, we are tired, disappointed and very annoyed with this situation, given their non-compliance and lack of professionalism for not saying anything, we have decided to hire a law firm specialized in fraud since we already gave them the check that the insurance company sent us and that it is through them that the problem is solved !!. We are not the only ones, because our neighbors (04) are in the same situation. They are not who they say they are ,NOT in business for 11 years Barely 2...... Have proof of neglect work,, permits not pulled sometimes,,,, not paying employey,,, REALLY Shady atmosphere....... be cautious of what you signed and keep track of the work is done properly and that stuff is filed to code could say a whole lot more but there's not enough paper not enough room and enough time in the day but the all people out there needing work done just be cautious and none of these pictures are actual their work either
