BC Crotty Septic Services

I don't do reviews much but rely on them heavily. After calling two other septic companies and was told they do not service this area. The first recommended another who recommended Crotty. Called at 8pm Sunday and they adjusted their schedule to get me in. (They were already going to be in this area Anyway and I needed help now). They showed up and listened to what was happening and started digging. Found the lift pump was burned out and had a new one installed before I could drink a beer. Pumped that section and hunted down the 1st section that was packed with you know what. Pumped all that out and made sure water was flowing freely from the house and explained how little time it takes to fill the 1st section and how many loads of laundry to do each day. All said and done, I spent more than planned for a pumpout, but this thing was neglected way before we moved in and those pumps aren't cheap. I don't know where all these negative reviews are coming from that literally concerned me, b

Exceptional service. Septic backed up and needed pumping. Staff very professional and friendly. Provided same day service, even though I called mid- morning, they stayed on job until it was complete, which was late in the evening on Valentine's Day. Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to others. Thanks for such a quick and quality service call. Hats off to Sandy and Stephon for their dedicated work ethics.????
