I called Cypher Electric on a Saturday and spoke with Manny who answered the phone and was very professional. I asked for a price quote and he was able to come out the same day. He provided a fair quote to wire my screen enclosure so that I could add two ceiling fans and a security system. He was even able to start work the same day he provided the price quote. He and able to add outlets, install two ceiling fans and my ring security system. He is professional, on time, provided various options and is knowledgeable about electricity. I highly recommend this company and I will be having them return to do the electric for my summer kitchen!! Very professional, respectful, did what he said he would do plus put drywall back in tact. Cleaned up any and all mess. Was very careful not to damage anything. He was on time in fact, I wasn’t ready for him as I had other people working in the house as well, and without hesitation he said to call him when I was ready for him and he would come back. Very flexible with his time to fit others needs. He explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it. I highly recommend him! Hector, the owner of Cypher Electric and David did an amazing job for us. They upgraded our electricity by running additional wiring, removed old wires, connections and breakers. They also replaced old breakers with correct breakers, added another breaker box, and connected two new tankless hot water heaters. David answered endless questions from us as the homeowners. Due to some debris left over from both old pipe connections and old hot water heaters, Hector spent several extra hours at our house clearing debris that stopped the flow of water through both the pipes and new hot water heaters. While Cypher’s Electric’s responsibility was just for the electrical connection of the hot water heaters, Hector did hours more work to help us. He would not leave until both tankless heaters were working correctly. We will always appreciate David and Hector’s expertise and relentless work on all aspects of the installation.
