KENNETH CRUZ is a LIAR....We welcomed him as a family, respected him and believed all what he said but it’s all lies...He started dealing with us since last year, did insurance claims, kept promising us of dates when to start the proposed repairs..Finally 2wks ago he sent a guy to remove 2of the damaged cabinets but up to now he never showed up anymore...Made lot of calls and text messages but in vain..A day ago, he finally returned my calls and claimed he’s no longer in this company.....Legal action is being forwarded to you Kenneth Cruz..
Very sketchy. Could not offer an estimate based on square footage. He said that if they did the "free" roof inspection and found it needed to be replaced I would be obligated to sign a contract. Pushed for a cash deal pretty hard. No thanks.
Well they are very polite. As to the roofing well I am still waitting for them to come put it on. Tarp on the roof. I'll be back to let you know the out come.
