Did not fix the issue in my ac unit. I ended up having to call another company because Graham would not even answer or return my phone call. I also emailed them about my issue and they didn't respond and it has been a week.
Jose was awesome. He arrived within the designated time slot and checked out my AC unit efficiently. I inquired about packages offered and he was able to answer my questions. I appreciate you Jose!!
We had no ac in August and they helped fit us in same day. They were VERY communicative about when they could come and who was coming. Jose was very professional and did great work fixing our faulty part. We will only call Graham from here on out.
