I’m still unsure of this company in comparison to smith’s (the previous owner). Communication is not at the level of Smiths. However our two installers were nice and quick to get a new system in. I am still cautiously optimistic that the service will match Smiths. We still miss Tony, and don’t think anyone can match him. Services: Install thermostat, Install AC
I have multiple air-conditioning units in my home. When I called Graham, they are usually out within the same day to restore my climate control. I have dealt with Zach quite a bit, and he is extremely friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. I trust Graham, heating and air to inspect and service my units both in my home and at my business location. I have recommended them to friends. Service: A/C system maintenance
Did not fix the issue in my ac unit. I ended up having to call another company because Graham would not even answer or return my phone call. I also emailed them about my issue and they didn't respond and it has been a week.
