We had a whole house replumb done recently by Bernie, Leo, and Bryan. They did the job in one very long ,very hot day. The job passed the city inspection. I have other contractors now working on a kitchen remodel who said twice during their walk thru that it was a very good replumb job. The guys were very professional and patient about explaining exactly what they were going to do and cleaned up before leaving. The project lead was good about making sure they only stayed in the attic for short periods since it was 97 outside and hotter in the attic. Phenomenal company. Gabriel called me for photos of the problem, told me exactly how much it would cost to fix, and then scheduled an appointment for the next morning. Gary was our technician, and he worked quickly and carefully to make sure the leak was completely fixed. Our problem was solved in under 24 hours, for an excellent price, and with the best communication and customer service I have ever experienced from a contractor. They will be my first call for any future plumbing needs. Here are pictures of the problem and Gary’s repair work. The people who installed our tub must have screwed up the measurements, panicked, and then literally duct-taped over the problem before sealing the wall. I couldn’t believe it. Gary replaced the pipe and the whole drain assembly. It now works perfectly and looks beautiful. 5/5 stars. At least give them a call. They won’t waste your time.
