My AC died while I was out of town with my mother housesitting. I had another company come and diagnose. They told me it was the compressor and they'd have to order a new one without an ETA. We I got back 4 days later and the house was 85+ degrees inside. My animals were dying, my mother was dying, it was miserable. I finally got an ETA for TWO WEEKS OUT from the other place. I called AJ's and they got someone out in 2 days, with the part just in case mind you. Turns out, it was just a capacitor and I could have had AC the entire time. Honest staff and very professional. I called for AC issue, Crystal asked the details and gave suggestions while holding an earliest appointment for me. We tried her suggestion and AC is back to work perfectly. Highly recommended.
