Strada Services

I'm currently without AC in a brand new Taylor Morrison home where Strada is the contracted builder SUB and warranty. I've called twice with no response. It says, if I am without air it's an emergency. This is the 2nd time my brand new unit/home has been without AC. Someone please call ????

I cannot speak to the quality of there service directly, but only the driver experience. While driving in Kissimmee one of their service vehicles, a van number 2636, illegally turned left at a light when the lane required they go straight, also with no signal to indicate doing this, then when pushed into the far lane because they turned when they should not have they aggressively tried to cut me off, nearly sideswiping me. Later they continued to drive rather aggressively. I live in this area and this is not a new driving experience to me, but if you have your companies name boldly displayed on the side of your vehicle perhaps you should consider driving more considerately.

John and Justin came today to fix a wiring problem. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. They provided all around excellent customer service. Thank you!
