I cannot speak to the quality of there service directly, but only the driver experience. While driving in Kissimmee one of their service vehicles, a van number 2636, illegally turned left at a light when the lane required they go straight, also with no signal to indicate doing this, then when pushed into the far lane because they turned when they should not have they aggressively tried to cut me off, nearly sideswiping me. Later they continued to drive rather aggressively. I live in this area and this is not a new driving experience to me, but if you have your companies name boldly displayed on the side of your vehicle perhaps you should consider driving more considerately.

I called Strada Electric one week ago. I set an appointment up for the 6th from 12-4. I checked the email the day of the appointment and I see they set it for 8am-12pm. I will take some fault here for not double checking the receipt earlier in the week. I called them that morning and had a difficult time trying to get through to the scheduler/dispatcher. I eventually do and thankfully they were able to correct the time right there and then for the same day. Here comes the time between 12-4pm and still no call from the them or the field tech. I finally receive a call right before 4pm saying that he will have to go to another job before he get's to my house. He said that it will most likely be an hour before he can get to me. I waited over an hour and received another call, this time he is saying he is on route and will be here in 15min. 30 minutes pass and he calls me again saying that it will take him 40min and he will be here around 6pm.
