Very good company. High quality service

NO star definitely The worse company ever, , the electrician was friendly and responsible, but to do a few stuff at home they take 4 hours, because they charged for hour. Them, went you call the customer service is the worse ever, the lady in purchasing department Karen she take you message and she said she will call you, but that never happen, next day I call three times and she never respond, somebody else help me out. The supervisor Charlie supposed to do my estimated but they said he have a emergency, so they told me to keep waiting for the amount that I suppose to paid, which is a lot of money because they write on the report more stuff that they did. So, this message is for let people know that this company is not secure to trust and I don’t want that nobody going thru this very bad experience, ask for price before any job, no sign any document with a right amount. Great service every time. This is the 4th time we have asked Terry’s electric to come out for various projects and each time we have been very impressed with the quality of the work. They are extremely responsive, polite and prompt! They always call before they head our way to make sure they know what the job will require. Robert was at our home this week and installed 2 beautiful light fixtures! He took his time and made sure they were at the heights we liked.
