When came home to no electricity while visiting my mom's this holiday. We called Terry's electric and Rabert showed up in under an hour and was extremely helpful! Service: Electrical panel repair

NO star definitely The worse company ever, , the electrician was friendly and responsible, but to do a few stuff at home they take 4 hours, because they charged for hour. Them, went you call the customer service is the worse ever, the lady in purchasing department Karen she take you message and she said she will call you, but that never happen, next day I call three times and she never respond, somebody else help me out. The supervisor Charlie supposed to do my estimated but they said he have a emergency, so they told me to keep waiting for the amount that I suppose to paid, which is a lot of money because they write on the report more stuff that they did. So, this message is for let people know that this company is not secure to trust and I don’t want that nobody going thru this very bad experience, ask for price before any job, no sign any document with a right amount. BECAREFUL don’t trust them Services: Light fixture installation, Electrical outlet & switch installation

If they weren't great at what thy do. Thy wouldn't be in business for more than 20 years. Definitely recommend!
