Marc Anthony A/C & Heating

We needed quick service for an A/C problem. We were referred to Marc Anthony A/C by good friends. They called and texted when business opened. The company provided a picture of the technician who was coming to our home. He knew exactly what the probable issue was by what we described. Service and 2 pounds of Puron and we were getting cold air again! May consider replacing system with them, should the unit let us down again. Great job, professional and responsive! we checked out several large heating and air conditioning companies. We decided to go with the Bosch from Mark Anthony. We were impressed with the design and warranty of Bosch. One feature that I like is the unit is made for a garden hose to be used to flush the air conditioning tube and to really get it clean. No more pouring vinegar or bleach hoping to get to the clog. Mark Anthony was $3000 less than the Carriers cheapest. Five stars from us ???? Service: Heating system installation

I called to their office late in the afternoon and spoke with phone representative. She immediately sent me to Randy. He's very knowledgeable and analyzed the problem on the phone with me. He said Marc the owner would be out within 2 hrs. to service. Marc came within 1 hour. Relatives arrived at our home today as well from New Jersey. Marc had us up and A/C running within 30 minutes of arriving. They are Great to Deal with. I am so Thankful for this company. They understand treating their customers with respect and prompt timing.
