Though the Technician arrived a little later than expected based on a phone call he made letting us know when he would arrive, he and his associate were very professional, neat, organized, and thorough. The 3 star rating is directed at the office staff that did not provide a copy of their insurance as promised; did not provide a copy of their warranty policy as promised; did not provide product information prior to the Technicians arrival. Basically, the office staff is in need of some remedial training on how to conduct business. All in all, I would still call on this company to assist me with any future plumbing needs. I love my new kitchen sink! It was a little bit of a hassle to install, but it looks amazing and works perfectly.
