This entire experience was streamlined and positive. The person accepting my call gave me a rundown of services offered and how much I could expect to spend for a technician to come out and perform maintenance on my AC unit. They also let me now about their annual maintenance offering if I liked their service and wanted to grab a discount for repeated visits. After hanging up, I was called back a few minutes later to schedule a visit within the same week. My technician, David Quirk, showed up on time and did a great job end to end. He showed me before/after pictures of my AC unit and attic all the while giving me tips on how to increase the life of both my unit and decrease my overall heating cost (more related to my attic insulation situation). My wife and I can already tell our AC is running smoother post service. This was a great experience. My wife and I will definitely be calling Alexander back for repeated service.
