Very prompt and professional service. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had my repair completed within an hour. They kept me apprised every step of the way. At some places Customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays. Not here!! These folks are professional, honest, and still value each and every customer. AC failed Thursday and they understood the urgency of my need. They were able to fix my issue quickly and also ensured I was treated as a priority customer, even though I was a first time customer. I highly recommend and would use Egberts again. My service technician, Christian was excellent.
When our AC was out in 100 degree weather they responded promptly, gave a clear understanding as to what my issue was and offered several options. The next day they were able to repair my issues and all is cool again! Great job Egberts. I would rate you a 5+
