They were very responsive and extremely quick to respond to my AC issue. I called and they were here within the hour late on the weekday. Other companies were a week out.
I had a great visit today with Thomas. He showed me what was wrong with my air conditioner in detail. He fully explained the problem and was so nice and didn’t rush in and out like the last tech did. So glad I called Egberts Cooling and I give Thomas 5 stars easily. Thanks Thomas!
