Egberts cooling and heating

Our AC stopped working today (Friday) right before 5pm. We called the company that installed our unit 6 years ago, but they couldn’t send someone out until next Friday. We called Egberts because of their 5 Star rating, and we see why they are 5 stars!!! We called Egberts at 4:46pm and a tech was at our house by 6:25pm that same day! Our capacitor was bad and needed replacing. Our tech (Justin I believe) explained everything thoroughly, replaced the capacitor, and was done by 6:50pm! From the very first phone call to the time the tech left, it was great customer service, efficiency, & the services are super affordable! We will be using Egberts again! Service: A/C system repair

This was our second experience with Egbert's, and once again the service was fantastic. Joel and Gabriel came out to install our new AC system. They were done in 5 hours and left our home clean and cool! I will say that their pricing seems a bit high, but my confidence that they will stand behind their work, their attention to detail, and competent technicians are worth the piece of mind. Austin explained everything about the issues with our old system, and what issues we would face with an undersized unit. He was informative and even came out late in the evening to ensure that they could order our new into and have it delivered and installed the next day. Egbert's is a great company and has definitely earned our business for years to come.
