Mateo, did excellent work and resolved any issue I had in a timely manner. This is the third time I had to hire a handy man to resolve the issues from the other two. But finally Mateo was able to resolve all my issues and in a professional and reasonable price/time. I will use him in the future for future projects as I was overall very happy happy. Has done a few things in the house (owner hired him) Mateo is always very nice and works quickly. Very personable. My only complaint would be that he will say a time and is always late. However, dealing with maintenance my whole employment career, I understand that there really isn’t a way to know exactly when they will be done with the previous job. I would just prefer a text or call to say running late. Other than that small thing very very very good. Service: General repairs

I am a Realtor in Tampa. My 80+year-old home sellers were abandoned by their local flooring company who installed new vinyl flooring in their home which BUCKLED due to faulty installation. The local floor company strung them out for 3 weeks - burning precious time, then intimidated them in an attempt of a money grab leaving them in the cold three days before closing on their home. My friend recommended I call Mateo. Mateo showed up on time and when he said he would and uncovered the faulty installation by the previous flooring company. Mateo examined the work to be done and gave my clients a very fair price and completed the job on the spot.
