We are very satisfied with our experience with Mister Sparky! Our service technician Roderick Jones was very professional and a pleasure to have in our home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely be using this company again. The review and bid process was quick, easy, professional, and with a day of contact. Jason did the review, told me what I needed, gave me the costs, gave me timelines, and explained everything. Excellent service, professional, thorough, and timely. The company needed to order a couple of parts and told me to expect a week to two weeks delivery time. The parts came in early, and Jason scheduled the installation for the next day. The electrician, Andrew, came to my house the next day and installed everything. From bid to installation was a week. Everything was done by Andrew when he got to my house. He was skilled, professional, thorough, and safe. He installed, sealed, and cleaned up after his work. I thought they were reasonable for price, fast for review and estimates, and fast/timely for installation. Both techs were professional and nice. They explained everything to me, gave me the appropriate paperwork, and showed me how to work the installed system. I would rate them as excellent
