Our technician was Gage Stewart. We called One Hour for our 92 yr old neighbor who is not able to manage the situation. She was receiving excessive electric bills and we knew something was very wrong. Gage arrived early, was friendly, professional and willing to talk with us on behalf of our neighbor. He had to crawl under the house to assess the damage to the duct work. He took pictures and gave us a reasonable quote and told us the job could be completed very soon. Service: HVAC system repair

If I could rate 0 stars I would!!! After paying $23,000 in November 2022 for a whole new system we spent about 2 weeks in the heat. 95° in the house every day. When they installed the system they left all their trash all over our yard. They never came back for an inspection. They came back to refill the freon a few times which was leaking inside our house so my whole family was stuck breathing that in. Every time they came back they left trash in our yard. The last time they came back the other day they stomped all over our banana tree that we have had for quite a while and killed it. They are USELESS!!!!!!! Worst AC company EVER!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!
