One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® of Lakeland

Our technician was Gage Stewart. We called One Hour for our 92 yr old neighbor who is not able to manage the situation. She was receiving excessive electric bills and we knew something was very wrong. Gage arrived early, was friendly, professional and willing to talk with us on behalf of our neighbor. He had to crawl under the house to assess the damage to the duct work. He took pictures and gave us a reasonable quote and told us the job could be completed very soon. Service: HVAC system repair

Would give them zero if I could have a 25,000 bill and it’s been a year now still not done. All brand new stuff and have had nothing but issues with it and them. While they put my new unit in took them over a week to get it right while my house was 98 on average. Did nothing like bring my bill down or anything. Cut holes for my new vents in the ceiling and made the holes to big I called and called and called about them fixing it and all I got was them saying we will call you about fixing it Been almost a year of that never called me back to set up an appointment and they had documentation and pictures of the holes. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING…. I have told everyone I know not to use them EVER !!!!!!!!!!!!

Eric was very professional, on time and empathetic towards our problem. If I get too hot, I have seizures.He diagnosed and fixed our problem very quickly. He told me about the service program, which I took advantage of. Eric took pictures of problems in my attic that were problems with my AC that would make my air flow better and explained why. That explained a lot to me. He gave me an estimate and I will be getting the work done soon. Eric was very friendly and I thank him very much!! I would recommend this company!
