Cameron came on a Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. to almost 12:00 p.m. to replace the air ducts in a 3-foot deep attic. For a very hot day I was very impressed with his professionalism and cleanliness. For the price that he charged us was cut in half compared to two previous bids. We definitely will use them for maintenance and repairs in the future. I highly recommend ????
Thank you thank you thank you! Cam identified all issues I was continuously having (even with a current ac guy servicing me annually). He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to, being we had just met. 1. My ac died, Cam offered to bring (with follow through) a window unit to get us through until he could install a new unit. 2. I was unable to pay on day of completion due to card issues. Cam said, “no problem, I understand these things happen” and literally waited for dayssssss until my card issues were resolved for payment. Thank you again! 3. The wait for a new unit was less than 2-3 days. 4. The cheaper model I agreed to purchasing wasn’t available. So what did Cam do? Upgraded me to the more expensive unit at no charge to get the job done. He is perfect at really explaining everything bit by bit so you understand really what is happening “under the hood” so as a customer, you can make an informed decision on your unit.
