We ran into an issue with HO insurance about some shingle repairs. Time was limited and I called multiple roofing companies that gave us either the "no, job not big enough" or weeks out for an appointment. Hightower Roofing responded and arrived next day to make the repair as they had a guy in our area. Our insurance is now being reinstated and forever thankful for their work and willingness to look at a simple but important job.
The response is misleading. High tower got a claim denied, which according to the “contract” which is in fact an illegally executed assignment of benefits because it did not include the statutory language, explicitly states if a claim is denied I am no longer held by the “contract” A private agent unaffiliated with Hightower roofing and an attorney also unaffiliated with high tower completed the work to get the claim partially paid and we’re paid for the benefits as owed. I have detailed all of this and the appropriate statutes in response to the threatening emails I have received. The sales representative that came to my house almost a year ago has begun threatening me because we are having work down with a different contractor
We replaced our roof recently (May 2023). After talking with several roofing companies in Lakeland we chose High Tower Roofing. Carlos was our sales representative and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was thorough and answered all of our questions. He was in contact with us throughout the entire project and personally inspected the new roof with me, at the conclusion of the project. The installation team was incredible and the quality of their workmanship was top-notch. They cleaned the job site at the end of the workday, each and every day they were on site. We found absolutely no nails around the house after they left. The area was perfectly clean. We had one minor misunderstanding and that was handled very professionally by Carlos.
