The office staff is very attentive. Professional and helpful. Our technician came out for a follow up. Alex was great! He was thorough in his work. He went beyond trying to figure out what was wrong with our kitchen lights, family room and bedroom lights. Here it came down to one electric receptacle. Once he fixed it. Our lights worked to say I was happy and relieved is small way of saying how I felt. Alex deserves a high recognition for finding the problem. Thank you Mr Electric for all you have helped us with.
