David was on time, friendly, very polite and professional. He let me know the issue and made sure all my questions were answered. Melissa, who scheduled my appointment, was also very polite, courteous, and professional. The young man who took my call after hours and the technician who called both were pleasant, friendly, and professional (I'm sorry I can't remember their names). The personnel at Ward’s are friendly and professional. Yesterday my AC drainage line became clogged shutting the system down. Cody has me operational again. He is always respectful, caring, and does a thorough job. Service: A/C system maintenance
