We called after hours for emergency help with our flooded showers and David came by quickly and saved the day! Excellent service, very professional in every aspect. He wrote a detailed report for our records as well. We were also glad he was bilingual (en/sp) as he was able to explain to a family member who only spoke Spanish. We appreciated his service and attention to detail.

We needed someone to come out and scheduled an appointment we ended up fixing the issue for the time being so we called to cancel cause we had to be somewhere. We called spoke to answering service and she said canceled no problem. We then had a call from a Jeanine who had an attitude and when we said hey were so sorry we just want to cancel she just hung up on us. I cannot believe she actually hung up on us. Customer service needsimprovement. I understand it can be an inconvenience for someone to cancel but we truly couldn't wait. And hanging up on someone cause you're upset is never acceptable. **** updating rating we did get a call back a day later from the Jeanine apologizing for hanging up. Thank you for that we appreciate it.

David was my service person and he came out the first time to unclog 2 toilets and also recommended getting two new toilets. He explained everything very well and gave us prices and suggestions for new toilets so we were very prepared. He did a great job putting in our new toilet and did an excellent job - we also appreciate Jenine and Carla from the office calling us to see if he could come earlier then planned. And we will use him in the future.
