I called Adirondack for an annual servicing at my wife's esthetician/PMU business Glamorous36. My tech was excellent. Honest, reliable. Wasn't pushy at all. Just made recommendations. The tech pretty much gave me AC 101, which was needed and appreciated. Definitely will use them moving forward.
Super fast response time, also got to me the same morning, very professional, and good people. I can’t remember his name but the dude who came to repair and fix the AC was great. Plus, the name is awesome (Adirondack Mountains are ????).
We have used Adirondack services for several years now. At first it seemed we only needed them on holidays for emergencies. They responded very promptly within 1 to 2 hours and had us back in service and cool as a cucumber. We decided to initiate a service contract with them, they installed all the ducts for us and put a dehumidifier in and air purification system in-line. On August 1 they came out for our service and as usual, they called and texted before they arrived. Our service technician, Kyle was so courteous and professional, as have been all of our service technicians. I highly recommend. this family business to anyone in need of HVAC services.
