This was The Best Air Conditioning service call I have Ever experienced! I called Sunrise because they had 5 star reviews and I now know why. The entire process from first call to finished work was spot on professional and kind. Darius the service tech arrived on time and was very nice, calm and very professional, I was very happy he was working on my unit, knew exactly what to do with no hesitations (this is important), he went straight to work finding out why my a/c unit wasn't working. I was more than surprised, less then 10 mins later he said I needed a capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and I signed up for the bi-yearly service. So today, he replaced capacitor and serviced my unit all within an hour and the price was Great!! Sunrise is the BEST, Thank You!

Dan was very genuine and very forthcoming on what was going on with the ac unit. He went beyond his ability to try to help with the whole experience. I commend him for what he tried to do for me. When our A/C went out during the middle of a heat wave, Sunrise responded within hours of our call. They kept us informed of the technicians arrival and were very courteous. Our technician Darius was polite, informative and helpful. He worked efficiently to get our motor replaced and was incredibly nice throughout the process. I highly recommend Sunrise and Darius should you ever need A/C repair services!!
