Replacement windows and sliding glass doors. Cost $14,000. Communication sucks, staff not capable of connecting you to the correct person and when contacted they BS you and are not professional at all, don't know what they are doing or how to do their job. Sales manager not capable of ensuring the job gets completed. Will not talk to his customer when questions are asked. Final inspection completed 3 months ago, July 31, 2021 and window installation still not complete. Have parts of windows stacked on the window sill. Stay away from this company if you want your project completed to your expectations. Service: Installation

I am a facility director and deal with projects and run them as well. This was the worst project I have ever experienced from start to finish. What started out as a 6 week project from the order of material to finishing the construction was terrible. The contractors that were hired to do the work with respect to cabinet install, counter tops, and back splash all receive an F in my opinion. The cabinet installer trimmed out the cabinets poorly, there were no 45degree cuts may trim was boxed off. the counter top guy came in and cracked two cabinet faces which had to be replaced. The project manager made the comment to the installer just to glue it which is unacceptable. The first tile installer did such a poor job I made the project manager tare it back out and have it redone. he brought in a 2nd tile installer which did not meet expectations so I made project manager tare out. he brought in a 3rd installer and we stopped him and made him fix the wall back to original and we just painted

Had Sears Replace tile floors and carpet in bedrooms in my house recently. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew was efficient and kept me informed of what was happening, the night ext steps they would be taking, and making sure everything was done to complete satisfaction. The whole process took six days, as they had to remove tile and prepare the cement base for the new wood vinyl flooring. Great results and very pleased.
