I was referred to Energy Masters by a friend and got an amazing deal on an 18 seer dual-stage Goodman system at a great value. They blew away the previous company we’d used at our old house (huge company in the area). We have top-notch products with 10 year warranty of everything and lifetime on the compressor. They even installed a new metal box under the handler to replace the old sagging wood unit that was here when we bought the house 11 years ago and have had to fix twice. I’m so happy with their work I gladly signed up for the twice yearly service, which had previous been done by “the big guys” I reference before. The installation was done extremely well. I Cannot say enough good things about Energy Masters! Came home from vacay to no AC. Sam & team were extremely knowledgeable, friendly & RESPONSIVE! They were able to provide same-day service & quickly diagnosed the issue. The team had parts on-hand, explained the problem honestly & straightforward and provided the repairs at a very reasonable price. Sam and Garrett were so helpful to get our AC installed quickly, even after running into issues with our unit. They went the extra mile to show up early the next day with a new unit that was installed quickly and works perfectly! All at a reasonable cost.
