I have been utilizing ‘My AC Solutions’ for over seven yrs. Just recently my AC unit and Thermostat stopped working. After I called, the were able to send a technician out within two days. Mike came and after assessing the AC unit outside and inside found the following. The outside had three fried lizards on the control panel and in numerous areas the wiring had been chewed up. Mike replaced the burned out parts and removed the chewed wiring with new wiring. He recommended I get some rodent repellent and sticky traps for the lizards so they wouldn’t get back inside the control panel area. The Inside AC unit he maintenance and verified the thermostat was back up and running. I was so appreciative and thankful for Mike’s skills and advice as it related to the work on the AC Unit. Mike and his helper did an awesome job. AC compressor replaced and clearing/repairing my drain line. Would definitely call them again. Got my AC back up and going in less than 24 hours. Thanks again, Oscar!
This business is THE BEST! First they installed a new AC quickly and efficiently. When it needed a modest repair, they were HONEST that is as a [small] part still under warranty. The lady that answers their phone is professional, really helpful, has a great attitude and really wants clients to be happy and super satisfied. Highly recommend.
