My AC Solution LLC

I have been utilizing ‘My AC Solutions’ for over seven yrs. Just recently my AC unit and Thermostat stopped working. After I called, the were able to send a technician out within two days. Mike came and after assessing the AC unit outside and inside found the following. The outside had three fried lizards on the control panel and in numerous areas the wiring had been chewed up. Mike replaced the burned out parts and removed the chewed wiring with new wiring. He recommended I get some rodent repellent and sticky traps for the lizards so they wouldn’t get back inside the control panel area. The Inside AC unit he maintenance and verified the thermostat was back up and running. I was so appreciative and thankful for Mike’s skills and advice as it related to the work on the AC Unit. Dishonest business!! I contacted MY AC Solution & technician identified as Mike Nello was sent out to replace a 20 year old AC system in Feb of 2021. Apparently Mike Nello falsely represented himself as a MY AC SOLUTIONS tech and wrote up a receipt under another company that the owner of My AC Solution also now owns - Oscar Sauceda named “Just Chill AC” . I’ve since had several issues with the handler and the drain line. The latest one which I was told by another AC company was that the Plenum on the AC handler was not installed & secured correctly, causing the cast to develop moisture inside becoming wet and developing mold. THIS JOB WAS ALSO DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT! My AC Solution sent unlicensed technicians to complete the work and then the tech posed as a different business Just Chill AC. **I am looking into resolution towards this fraudulent company.
