This business is THE BEST! First they installed a new AC quickly and efficiently. When it needed a modest repair, they were HONEST that is as a [small] part still under warranty. The lady that answers their phone is professional, really helpful, has a great attitude and really wants clients to be happy and super satisfied. Highly recommend. Excellent Company! These men were amazing. They were fast, friendly and professional. The Customer Service by the Representatives and Technicians is impeccable. They ensured I was comfortable with their products and services in making the investment with them. Their work is thorough and budget friendly. At a time when the world is struggling to trust anyone they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
Dishonest business!! I contacted MY AC Solution & technician identified as Mike Nello was sent out to replace a 20 year old AC system in Feb of 2021. Apparently Mike Nello falsely represented himself as a MY AC SOLUTIONS tech and wrote up a receipt under another company that the owner of My AC Solution also now owns - Oscar Sauceda named “Just Chill AC” . I’ve since had several issues with the handler and the drain line. The latest one which I was told by another AC company was that the Plenum on the AC handler was not installed & secured correctly, causing the cast to develop moisture inside becoming wet and developing mold. THIS JOB WAS ALSO DONE WITHOUT A PERMIT! My AC Solution sent unlicensed technicians to complete the work and then the tech posed as a different business Just Chill AC. **I am looking into resolution towards this fraudulent company.
