The hottest day of the year (so far) and our 15 year A/C dies. We had a tech out that afternoon and gave us two options. We opted for a complete replacement. The crew was out the next morning and completed the install by 1PM. Techs were very professional and cleaned up everything Services: Install AC, Installation
Run! Don't walk but run from this company!!! They charged me $800 for a $125.00 condenser motor and 1/2 hour labor ! They refused to give me an itemized receipt! When I pressed them he said they charge $400 to $500 dollars per hour labor and they upcharge the parts. If you want to pay double parts price and $500 per hour labor then this may be the place for you! Not for me anymore! And I had used them several times in the past. Just be warned! I have been utilizing ‘My AC Solutions’ for over seven yrs. Just recently my AC unit and Thermostat stopped working. After I called, the were able to send a technician out within two days. Mike came and after assessing the AC unit outside and inside found the following. The outside had three fried lizards on the control panel and in numerous areas the wiring had been chewed up. Mike replaced the burned out parts and removed the chewed wiring with new wiring. He recommended I get some rodent repellent and sticky traps for the lizards so they wouldn’t get back inside the control panel area. The Inside AC unit he maintenance and verified the thermostat was back up and running. I was so appreciative and thankful for Mike’s skills and advice as it related to the work on the AC Unit.
