The person I called & talked to at J&M was very good. He understood my problem and sent a very knowledgeable repair technician. The professional that came to my home was prompt, courteous and very efficient. He inspected the roof, identified the issues and was able to repair the roof right away. Randy at J&M was simply amazing to work with. Over the last few years anytime we had a roof question/estimate needed he quickly came out and was straight forward, honest and no bs gimmicks like most companies. We initially called them when we had roof damage, but the insurance company had denied the repairs. So after a couple of years we were finally in the position to get the roof done, and he was right there responding to our inquiry within minutes. I discovered a small leak following a storm and contacted J&M after a little on-line research. David Freeman called me and made arrangements to come out and inspect. He determined that I needed a new roof and helped navigate the process of dealing with my insurance company. Long story short, the whole process was smooth and stress-free; thanks in large part to Dave's efforts. The roof looks GREAT! I've gotten several compliments from neighbors.
