My roof was damaged during Hurricane Ian and my previous roofer attempted to repair the leak multiple times with no success. By the time I called Randy at J&M, months had gone by and I was at my wit's end! He was at my home and on my roof 20 minutes after that initial phone call, and his amazing team examined and repaired the leak within the week. It was so refreshing to work with honest, responsive people who knew exactly what I needed. J&M will be my first call if I am ever in need again, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!!

J & M did our roof and did an excellent job from beginning to end. They have stood behind their work, employees and the vendors they use. They have been professional and responsive with any issues we had. They stand behind their guarantee. Our project coordinator, Dave Freeman was, and still is, responsive with any inquiry we have. His customer service and knowledge is wonderful! My wife is a realtor and has worked with Dave for several clients and they have been happy as well. Great quality and great service. I discovered a small leak following a storm and contacted J&M after a little on-line research. David Freeman called me and made arrangements to come out and inspect. He determined that I needed a new roof and helped navigate the process of dealing with my insurance company. Long story short, the whole process was smooth and stress-free; thanks in large part to Dave's efforts. The roof looks GREAT! I've gotten several compliments from neighbors.
