When an issue was identified with some gutter damage during installation of the roof, Roof Pros corrected the damage better than expected. I bought a house in June 2021 and the seller installed a new roof on the house in the same month. In August 2023, just a little over 2 years, our patio ceiling has a leak and portion of the ceiling drywall has fallen off. I immediately contacted the Roof Pros USA LLC office and spoke to Nilda about the issue, hoping they would be professional enough to stand by the quality of their work and come and fix the leak. I was shocked when she told me they don't have a copy of their contract, it is somewhere in their warehouse files and they will take weeks to locate it. She further said that I can pay a minimum of $500 and they will inspect the leak and install an exhaust in the patio rook because they THINK it is not a leak but only moisture accumulation! I had a licensed contractor confirm that this is leak is because of the poor workmanship. I'm now looking at a couple thousand dollars to fix the leak through another contractor, including any damages to the structure! Service: Roof install
