Winter Springs Roofing & Repair

I'm not usually one to write reviews. Having said that, I decided that I should let potential customers know about the great experience I had with Winter Springs Roofing. From my first call to Bill, through the installation and final inspection, communication was outstanding. His crew did an awesome job on the roof, and they left my driveway cleaner than it was before they started. The difference between a good job and a great job is usually in the small details, and for me I was impressed that there was not a single scrap of packaging or a nail (or anything) that I had to clean up after they were gone. They did the job quickly and professionally, and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone who needs a roof or roof repair. Thanks for a great job! After some horrible weather on October 7th in which a waterfall started to pour down from an exhaust vent inside the restroom, I knew that there was something wrong up on the roof that had to be looked at. I did some research and came across Winter Springs Roofing and Repair, in which I spoke to Bill about the problem at hand and since I was so concerned about it he was able to make it out the next day to take a look at it! After looking it over and diagnosing the issue at hand along with others that were observed, it was then a plan to get it replaced instead of repaired which made total sense when everything was taken into account. He gave me a lot of helpful paperwork about everything with the contract so everything could be understood fully, including all the options to choose from. Along with all of that, I had my home-owners insurance already involved from the claim about the horrible leak and they sent out adjusters to observe it and came up with a cheap solution and took nothin

After putting it off for a few years I called Bill Sumner and requested a quote. He came out to the house and gave me the quote, told me the timeline, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do. I was so pleased and proud to see the new roof, I appreciate the hard work, the extra care to detail, and the professional way they do business.
