Bill & his team are amazing. From the very first time I spoke with Bill, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was very confident & very good at doing it. Our re-roof work was completed in a great manner. The workers were respectful & friendly. Everyday they cleaned up after themselves & left the property in a manner that I was very happy with as I did not have to pick up after them. Bill had an excellent way of keeping communication open. I was informed on everything as needed throughout the entire process. Bill never left me feeling abandoned. I would definitely recommend Winter Springs Roofing to everyone looking for any roof work. Please do me a favor and read all the one star reviews. Bill is probably the most rudest person I met in the service industry. His service calls are atrocious. The one star reviews are all true after my experiencing. One lady even mentions in her review that he drove away and never offered a solution. All true!!! Instead of offering a quote or a solution to your problem he'll whine and complain about the construction of the roof. I had tenants complain from two different locations how he was rude and didn't even want to be there. The first complaint I gave him the benefit of the doubt but when the second tenant at a second property complained was it for me. At one location he showed up without a ladder and his response to me was that "roofers don't go carrying 10 foot ladders without reason." Instead of providing some descent customer service, the right thing to say probably would be "I normally don't do commercial properties this big I am so sorry that I mistook how high the roof woul

We had our roof replaced in 2018. We had many questions and the owner answers them all. We considering different shingle types and colors and the owners was very patient and provided feedback. The crew was professional and on time. They did everything they said they would and our roof looks great.
