I called Chris Schultz Electric and Chris returned my call in short order. After explaining what was happening with my electrical (blown lights, microwave, garage door opener, irrigation system timer), Chris saved me time and money by identifying the problem as belonging to FPL. I called FPL and they responded within 3 hours (as promised when I called). FPL found the Neutral Ground problem and made a temporary fix. When I called Chris back, he came the first thing in the morning, and repaired the neutral ground in the meter box along with replacing all blown light fixtures in the living room, office and kitchen with better, more efficient retrofit, adjustable LED lights. With Chris Help and professional advice, the lighting situation was fixed promptly, efficiently, and at a much lower cost than I had anticipated. Chris and his team were great to work with as they completed many jobs at our Indialantic home during a renovation. Chris is a great communicator and appreciates when a customer is clear with him.
