AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Don’t use this company. The worse experience I have ever had. Complete rip-off and very unprofessional. They were 3 hours late for our an appointment and didn’t finish the job. The office manager was rude and told me that the world doesn’t revolve around me and it’s up to the plumbers if they can get the job done on time. I asked for the owner and he defended this horrible person and said that’s the way he speaks to people. Really!!! They are still sending us a bill even though the job wasn’t even completed. I wouldn’t call anyone else. They’ve done several repairs at my condo and they always respond within the same day that I call, sometimes I know it’s after hours for them. They are professional, courteous, and concerned that the work is done right. The office staff is great, too. They’ve been in business for close to a century in Melbourne, through two generations. The Present Mr. Tucker is now in his 80’s and comes to work every day they tell me. Reasonable prices, too. I give them six stars. Services: Repair water fixtures, Plumbing fixture installation

Appointment was at 8:30 he showed up at 9:45, the employee came in and ran the shower water then goes downstairs to the unit under me for about 10minutes. He came back up and ran the sink water, he ran back downstairs for another 10 minutes. He came back upstairs and said everything was good to go then he left. Sink and shower still leaking!!! I called the business and couldn't get any help over the phone so im having to drive to see what was performed during the time he was here and why he left saying everything was good and then when I went to check the sink and shower are still actively leaking. Would not recommend
