It was a little difficult with the scheduling but once they came out they did an awesome job quickly and efficiently!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Don’t use this company. The worse experience I have ever had. Complete rip-off and very unprofessional. They were 3 hours late for our an appointment and didn’t finish the job. The office manager was rude and told me that the world doesn’t revolve around me and it’s up to the plumbers if they can get the job done on time. I asked for the owner and he defended this horrible person and said that’s the way he speaks to people. Really!!! They are still sending us a bill even though the job wasn’t even completed. Complete bull!!!! Service: General repairs
No showed me. Called on a Monday morning, they said they be there later in the day. They did not show and did not contact me at all. Wednesday 4:30 pm later, someone finally called to say they may not be able to be there that day...Um, you were supposed to be here 2 days ago. Learn how to communicate with your customers.
