My technician today was Rick Martin, and he was exceptional. Not only did he fix my plumbing problem, he also showed me how I could fix it if it ever happened again. This was amazing to me. Would like to let you know that your technician Chase was very good. He had a very professional attitude and did an excellent job. We would recommend your company to everyone. Thank you for all you assistance with helping us get a new toilet installed in our RV. I am adding an additional 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐for your technician Harold. The new toilet that was installed last week in our RV stopped working and you sent Harold out to determine the problem. He was very professional and courteous and told us a valve in the new unit was defective. He returned the next day and installed the new valve. Even though the problem was not the fault of the company Coral did not charge us for the repair. We understand that this is a fairly young company with their wonderful attitude and great employees I see great success in their future, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to people.
