Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable and fair. Rod turned an emergency into a wonderful experience! My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks. I tried to fix it, but it was beyond my little knowledge. My kids and pets were suffering! I called Rod and he came out, on his day off! He explained the whole thing to me and presented me with options. He looked for ways to solve the problem at a reasonable price and gave me an estimate. Fast forward to installation day (3 days later thanks to Memorial day) His employee was timely and courteous. They worked well together and did everything they promised and more! They kept a clean work area and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all, Rod personally checked in later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Never going with anyone else for my AC problems again!! Customer for life.

Responded to my call quickly, diagnosed the issue which was an old system they had nursed for years. Quoted me a more efficient unit, good price and installed quickly. Love the text and email quoting system and alerts for who would be arriving and time updates for arrivals. Top notch company from start to finish.
