Been using Mid FL since my home was built in 2013 by recommendation of the builder. I will say that the techs that service are as professional as they come, however, having an annual service policy with recurring payments is antiquated. Every year, instead of having an opportunity to renew my policy online with a simple process. I have to write down my credit card information on a piece of paper and mail it back to them for processing. However, I've noticed online that they offer financing for repairs through a third party lender that can process for approval online. The webpage says it accepts all major credit cards, but, there is no way to process payment on the web for a standing policy. Today, I called about it because I have concerns about having to route my credit card information through the mail plus, when I got my policy reminder in the mail it did not have the credit card autorization form as mentioned in the letter.
